At Huron Intermediate School District, our work is rooted in a simple but powerful commitment: educational leadership, effective programs, and quality services—delivered in partnership with our community—to educate all learners.
Every day, HISD staff support children and families through early childhood services, literacy and mathematics leadership, diagnostic assessment and intervention, school psychology services, and specialized support for students with unique learning needs. Together, this work helps remove barriers, strengthen instruction, and create opportunities for children to learn, grow, and succeed across Huron County.
📣 We’re hiring individuals who want to make that difference.
✨ Current openings include:
• K–5 Literacy Consultant
• Early Childhood Specialist
• Early Mathematics Coach
• Diagnostic Assessment Intervention Technician (DAIT)

We’re also proud that HISD was named a finalist for Best Place to Work in the Huron Daily Tribune Readers’ Choice Awards (2023)—a reflection of the dedicated, collaborative team behind this work.
🗓 Applications are encouraged by Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. (positions remain open until filled).
