We Have a New Look!

For nearly 40 years, our seagull symbol represented the natural character of Huron County and our commitment to serving students, educators, and families. We're excited to share our new logo featuring a lighthouse casting a steady beam across Huron County symbolizing the guidance, leadership, and support HISD provides to our students and local school districts.

Along with it comes our new tagline: United Today. Better Together. Stronger Tomorrow.

This is just the beginning. A redesigned website and updated branding are part of our continued commitment to clear, consistent communication and strong partnerships across the county.

We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited about where we’re headed.
