Our Marketing Instructor and DECA Advisor, Amber Blackstock, chaperoned the trip and took the group to visit the Georgia Aquarium, the College Football Hall of Fame, and the World of Coca-Cola.

Electrical students learned about running conduit underground. This multiple day activity involves hand digging, carefully running conduit and installing enclosures, correctly placing “caution buried electric line below” caution tape in the trench, backfilling, and vacuuming poly lines in.
After this they will have the opportunity to run the mini excavator attempting to dig the conduit back up carefully without breaking it.
