The Career and College Readiness support program at the HATC has a designed curriculum, encompassing exploration in career opportunities and college options.

Students explore options in careers at various levels using the Career Tree approach. They build their root system through engaging exploration and opportunities where they can learn skills and gain credentials to assist them in gaining experience in future careers. These experiences will allow them to become aware of the opportunities that they have in their future career path.

Read more about Career Trees here.

Students also utilize Xello, a career exploration online tool to build resumes, explore career and college options, take assessments that will guide them towards the best career path, and document experiences. Explore more about Xello here.
