Universal Screening Data Storage
ReadingGrades K-6 (DIBELS Next): Enter test scores into dibels.net. When scores are complete, notify HISD so that data can be imported into Skyward. Parent reports are available from dibels.net. Grades 7-8 (AIMSweb): Enter test scores into the Universal Screening spreadsheet that is sent to the district data coordinator each fall. Return completed spreadsheets to Huron ISD to be imported into Skyward. A mail merge parent report is available; contact HISD for assistance. | WritingGrades K-12: Enter test scores into the Universal Screening spreadsheet that is sent to the district data coordinator each fall. Using Mail Merge to Create PELI Parent Reports
Download the PELI data from dibels.net. Follow the directions below to format the Excel file for data merge. Your final file should look like the "Sample PELI Excel file with tiers as numbers" linked below.
Download the PELI Parent Report Template below. Add your school name and behavior objectives. Make any additional modifications, such as the current year. SAVE.
Follow the mail merge directions to merge the parent report with the PELI data that you saved in the Excel file. This should produce a two-page report. Print back-to-back for a one-page report with parent information on the back. Contact Jenni Trusock with questions.
